Welcome to Craft & Query Co.! I create teaching resources to support meaningful student thinking and make planning a little easier. These terms explain how resources from this website may be used and what to expect when purchasing or accessing them.

Digital Resources and Access

Resources sold as digital downloads are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped. Review each listing for what is included, file formats, and any software or account requirements. If a download is missing, incorrect, or difficult to open, contact me at craftandqueryco@gmail.com with your order number and the resource name.

Purchasing a resource gives you permission to use it under the applicable terms; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the resource to you. Specific terms included with a resource also apply. If those terms appear inconsistent with this page, contact me for clarification.

Classroom Use and Sharing

You may:

• Assign the resource to your students digitally or in print.

• Post classroom photos or student work using the resource, while respecting student privacy and obtaining any permissions required by your school.

• Share the resource with up to two teacher friends who could use it too.

If you share it, I ask that you show a little love in return by leaving an honest review, posting a classroom photo or story, or tagging Craft & Query Co. Your support helps me keep creating thoughtful resources for teachers.

You may not:

• Post the editable file or Canva link publicly, including on websites, shared drives, forums, or social media.

• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the resource for commercial use.

• Remove creator credit or claim the resource as your own.

For broader sharing, school-wide use, or permissions beyond those above, contact me before distributing the resource. Please keep account credentials and membership access personal; permission to share a resource does not authorize sharing a store login.

Memberships and Access Passes

The price, access period, included benefits, and any renewal terms are those shown for the specific plan when you purchase it. Please review those details before purchasing. You may keep using resources you downloaded during an active membership after your membership ends, under the same classroom-use and sharing terms. Memberships and access passes are subject to the refund policy below. Contact me with questions about access or cancellation.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

At Craft & Query Co., I want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because my resources are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once downloaded, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Resource Purchases
Refund requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the digital files have not been downloaded. Once digital materials have been downloaded, purchases are generally nonrefundable.

Memberships and Access Passes
Memberships and access passes are nonrefundable once member-only resources have been accessed or downloaded. If you purchased a membership by mistake and have not accessed its benefits, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Technical Issues and Accidental Purchases
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, accidentally purchase the same resource twice, or receive an incorrect file, please reach out to me. I'm always happy to help resolve an issue and will provide an appropriate replacement or refund when necessary.

Requesting a Refund
Please contact me through my website within the applicable refund window. Include your order number, the resource purchased, and a brief explanation of your request.

I issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Teaching Decisions and Third-Party Services

Resources support your professional judgment. Review activities, materials, and safety requirements before using them with students, and adapt them to your classroom and school policies. Linked websites and third-party tools operate under their own terms and may change independently of Craft & Query Co.

Updates and Questions
